Welcome to Enlightened Beauty located at 2108 University Drive South, Suite 103B, Fargo, North Dakota, 58103. We are pleased to offer our salon and spa services to you. Before you book an appointment or use our services, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service ("Terms") as they govern your use of our facilities and services.

By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Appointments and Reservations

1.1 Booking Appointments: To schedule an appointment for our salon and spa services, you may contact us through our website, phone, Enlightened Beauty app, or in-person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

1.2 Cancellations: We understand that life happens, and your services may need to be updated. We do not charge an all encompassing cancellation or rescheduling fee. We just request that you inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment out of courtesy.

1.3 No Call/No Show/Ghosting: We do, however, have a “No Call/No Show/Ghosting” Policy, that includes a 50% fee of your total services. Your card is securely stored during your booking of an appointment for our “No Call/No Show/Ghosting” Policy only.

2. Services and Pricing

2.1 Service Descriptions: We offer a variety of salon and spa services, including but not limited to haircuts, styling, waxing, facials, and nail treatments. For detailed information on the services we provide, please visit our website or contact us directly.

2.2 Pricing: Our pricing for services is available on our website and may be subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for special requests or extended services not listed on our menu. We do not charge tip or accept tipping at our salon. We are a team based salon which means all employees are paid a living wage and do not depend on tips. Add-ons are available for an additional fee and allowed to be added during your appointment if time allows.

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1 Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

3.2 Refunds: We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us immediately. Refunds or adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Respectful Behavior: We maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. Please be respectful, considerate, and refrain from disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or violence. We are a safe space for anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community above all else and we hope that our clients can respect that.

4.2 Hygiene: Maintain personal hygiene to ensure a pleasant experience for yourself and others.

5.1 Medical Conditions: Please inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries that may affect your service or require special attention.

5.2 Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards. Our equipment and tools are properly sterilized between uses.

6.1 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your visit to our salon and spa.

6.2 Allergies and Sensitivities: We take precautions to use products suitable for your skin type and needs. Most, if not all, products are hypoallergenic and safe for both you and the environment. However, we cannot guarantee that you will not have allergic reactions or sensitivities to the products used during your service. If you have any questions about the products we use before your service, do not hesitate to contact us.
