Team Based means our team works towards one common goal for our company. It isn't "my chair, my clients" in our salon and spa. It's "our company, our guests." We get paid a healthy, reliable hourly wage, work a set schedule with dependable breaks, receive medical insurance & PTO, and create and grow our company how we want to as a team. 

Funny thing is, most companies run this way, but the beauty industry has been run historically different, paying out commissions for services and products sold, and depending on tips for income. We want to collaborate and make this industry better so we're able to provide stable and secure careers for our team, as well as take care of each guest that walks through our door. 

We focus on what's most important at Enlightened; YOU; your health, your experience, and your safety. 

You will always know exactly what you are paying at Enlightened Beauty because there is no gratuity option. 

We believe that it is our responsibility to provide each of our guests with the best experience possible, every single time. You will never have to feel pressure to "judge" or "rate" the service we provide you.
